A lifelong resident of Central Indiana, Marty Zimmerman brings a career’s worth of entrepreneurial experience to Your Estate Management. As a serial entrepreneur and business owner, Marty understands what it takes to build something client-first from the ground up — and applies that same standard to every estate in his care.

Marty also serves as a Global Real Estate Advisor with Encore Sotheby’s International Realty, giving him a deep, ongoing familiarity with the region’s finest properties and the owners who invest in them. That perspective — paired with a success-driven approach, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication — is what led him to found Your Estate Management.
